Bobby brings a wealth of experience from elite-level competition, embodying a relentless commitment to maximizing every individual's potential. His expertise spans biomechanics, pitch design and development, and strength and conditioning.

Raleigh native Joey discovered exercise science and biomechanics at East Carolina, earning a master's in biomechanics and motor control before joining 8ctane in 2020.

One of the brightest minds in player and pitcher development across all age groups. A former catcher at Louisburg College, Chris brings a unique perspective to pitcher evaluation.

All-state selection at Cardinal Gibbons, Freshman All-American and All-SEC at South Carolina, MLB debut in 2020 with the Cardinals, and two MLB seasons with the Cincinnati Reds.

BS in Kinesiology with a minor in Nutrition from George Mason University. Board-certified PTA blending rehabilitative expertise with high-level athletic development.
